Performance Marketing Specialist And Team Lead

Description:

We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to run and scale our e-commerce brand's paid advertising and lead our performance marketing team.

📍 Location: Faisalabad (On-site, Full-time)

💼 Experience: 2–3 years minimum

What you'll do:

🔹 Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns

🔹 Diagnose underperforming ads and know exactly what to fix.

🔹 Creative, targeting, budget, or funnel

🔹 Manage ad budgets and consistently deliver strong ROAS/ROI

🔹 Lead and mentor a performance marketing team, setting KPIs and reviewing output

🔹 Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and audiences

🔹 Report performance insights to management with clear, actionable recommendations

What we're looking for:

✅ 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Meta Ads required)

✅ Proven track record of managing meaningful ad budgets with strong ROI

✅ Prior experience leading or supervising a team

✅ Strong analytical skills , you read the data before you make the call

✅ Bachelor's degree required
