Mart Supervisor

Description:

We are looking for a Mart supervisor for our Parent Company Darul Sehat Hospital's new venture. Candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in managing a mart.

Salary Package: Will be discussed in the interview.

Qualification: Bachelors Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Mart Operations Supervision:

-Supervise daily mart operations including sales, staff performance, and customer service.

-Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and products are displayed as per merchandising standards.

-Monitor sales trends and propose promotional strategies to increase revenue.

-Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Procurement & Vendor Management:

-Identify and evaluate vendors/suppliers for FMCG, pharmaceutical, and daily-need products.

-Negotiate prices, credit terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost savings.

-Place purchase orders based on demand forecasts and stock levels.

-Ensure timely delivery of stock to avoid shortages.

-Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for reliable supply chain management.

Inventory & Stock Control:

-Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.

-Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of products to minimize wastage and expiry.

-Use inventory management systems to track movement of goods.

-Prepare stock reports for management review.
