Marketing Manager

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi for a Real Estate Marketing Manager. The Real Estate Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and enhancing the company's brand presence in the real estate sector. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing trends, creating promotional materials, collaborating with the sales team, and engaging with clients to better understand market demands.

Qualifications

• Strong marketing and branding expertise, including campaign management and promotional strategy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration with internal teams

Minimum 10 years of Experience

• ATL, BTL & Digital Marketing Experience Video Production

• Vendor Management related to Marketing

Marketing Budget Management

• Expert in Go-to-market Strategy for Real Estate, Architecture & Construction companies is a plus

Must have experience of graphic design, video production, video editing, website development, seo, digital marketing & marketing operations

• Experience in digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and content creation is highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Proactive attitude with problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to market changes
