Description:
We are seeking proactive and dynamic professional to join our Corporate Relations team as Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the organization's corporate fundraising efforts by fostering meaningful relationships with corporate entities, securing sponsorships, and engaging donors to support our mission of social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate entities to support the organization’s fundraising initiatives.
- Identify potential corporate partners and actively pursue opportunities for collaboration.
Donor Engagement & Retention:
- Implement Donor Retention Programs (DRP) to retain and grow the existing corporate donor base.
- Organize donor and supporter visits to projects and corporate events to enhance engagement.
Corporate Partnerships & Sponsorships:
- Secure institutional and corporate support through partnerships, co-branding opportunities, event sponsorships, and other collaborative activities.
- Assist in developing customized proposals to align with corporate CSR objectives.
Event Management:
- Support the planning and execution of annual events targeting High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Top Philanthropists, and CSR Heads to raise funds for key initiatives like the Akhuwat Endowment Fund.
- Coordinate and manage corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and donor satisfaction.
Donor Tours & Visits:
- Coordinate visits for donors and supporters to witness organizational projects and on-site activities, including fund disbursement procedures.
Reporting & Communication:
- Prepare regular updates and reports on corporate engagement activities, sponsorships, and donor feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop engaging content for corporate outreach.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate fundraising, relationship management, or donor engagement.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in proposal writing and corporate presentations.
- Event planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders.
- A good understanding of CSR strategies and donor management systems will be considered an advantage.
