We’re looking for an accomplished B2B marketing leader to drive the marketing strategy and growth agenda with a strong focus on demand generation, pipeline growth, customer acquisition, brand positioning, and revenue contribution.

About the Role:
As Director – Marketing, you will lead an integrated B2B marketing function spanning demand generation, performance marketing, outbound, CRM and marketing automation, digital marketing, and account-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue objectives
• Own demand generation, SQL generation, and qualified pipeline growth
• Lead campaigns across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, cold email, retargeting, content, and outbound channels
• Optimize the marketing-to-sales funnel, CAC, ROI, conversions, and pipeline contribution
• Own and optimize HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, lead scoring, nurturing, and reporting
• Strengthen brand positioning and digital presence
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team

What We’re Looking For:
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B, growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with leadership experience
• Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue growth
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads
• Strong experience in demand generation, outbound marketing, and cold email campaigns
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, ABM, enterprise/mid-market marketing, retail technology, or revenue operations will be an advantage.
