Manager Information Security & Governance

Description:

' Develop, implement and maintain IT & IS Governance policies, procedures and framework to align with industry best practices & regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define IT risk management strategies and processes, including identifying potential risk, assessing their impact, and recommending mitigation measures.
' Conduct regular IT compliance assessment to ensure adherence to relevant regulations, industry standards and internal policies.
• Oversees the development and maintenance of IT disaster recovery & business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a disaster or cyber incident.

Education & Experience:

' Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering.
' 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field of IT. Skills:
' Expertise in threat analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
' Ability to manage security incidents, breaches, and develop recovery plans.
• Skilled in creating and enforcing security policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
' Effective in leading cross-functional teams and communicating security strategies to stakeholders
