Manager

Description:

We are a professional services firm working directly with business owners and management teams. We are looking for a Manager who has completed CA Articles and wants to move beyond routine audit work into hands-on FP&A, financial advisory, and strategic finance engagements.

This role offers close mentorship, real responsibility, and exposure to decision-level finance work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute statutory and internal audits
• Support FP&A and management reporting assignments, including:
• Monthly management accounts & dashboards
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Cash flow planning and strategic financial insights
• Prepare and review financial models, reports, and dashboards
• Handle client coordination, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain high-quality working papers and documentation
• Assist in process improvement, controls review, and advisory assignments

Requirements

• CA Articles Completed (mandatory)
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in audit, accounting, or advisory
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting standards, and corporate finance
• Pro-level Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots, lookups, dashboards; Power Query / Power BI a plus)
• Ability to analyze data and translate numbers into actionable insights
• Professional communication and client-handling skills
• Self-driven mindset with willingness to take ownership and grow
