Description:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Manager – Accounts & BPO to lead our accounting operations and manage Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clients. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial management, client handling, and team leadership, particularly within the BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the accounting team handling local and international clients.

- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.

- Review and finalize financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.

- Manage BPO client deliverables, timelines, and communications.

- Develop, implement, and monitor efficient accounting systems and - processes.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and consultants.

- Train and mentor junior team members.

Requirements:

- Pervious Firm/Chartered Accountancy experience is mandatory.

- CA Finalist / ACCA / MBA Finance / Equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.

- Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and ERP/accounting systems.

- Experience working with international clients is a plus.
