Management Trainee

Description:

We are looking for a motivated and curious individual to join our Sustainability Services team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping organizations navigate the evolving sustainability landscape, from climate action to responsible business practices.

What will you be involved in?

You will support our teams across several focus areas, including:

• Client management and coordination across sustainability projects

• Climate action activities, including work on carbon credits and emissions-related assignments

• Supporting SMEs in integrating sustainable practices into their operations

• Contributing to supply chain sustainability assessments and improvement plans

• Assisting in research, analysis, and preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables

• Maintaining regular communication with senior team members and keeping them informed on progress

• Adding value through fresh thinking and a solution-oriented approach

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Minimum a 4-year graduation in Sciences or a Master’s in business studies

• Strong English communication skills

• Solid writing and presentation abilities with the confidence to bring new ideas

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• A genuine interest in sustainability, climate change, and emerging global trends
