Key Responsibilities

Support business development through client acquisition and relationship management.
Coordinate training sessions and assist in onboarding new team members.
Monitor team performance and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
Work closely with senior management on leadership and business development projects.
Develop practical leadership and management skills through real-time assignments.
