Fantech Labs is looking for a highly motivated LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can take ownership of the entire outreach process, from identifying ideal prospects and crafting compelling messaging to generating qualified meetings that contribute directly to business growth.

✓ What You'll Do
• Build and manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting key decision-makers
• Identify and engage high-value prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Execute cold email campaigns with strong messaging and sequencing
• Develop outreach strategies that convert cold leads into meaningful conversations
• Optimize campaign performance through testing and data-driven improvements
• Collaborate with leadership to support company growth objectives

✓ What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
• Proven ability to run end-to-end outreach campaigns
• Strong understanding of B2B prospecting, ICPs, and value-based selling
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tools
• Excellent written English and cold email communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently

✓ Bonus Points
• Experience in SaaS, IT Services, or Digital Agency environments
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools
• Knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization
