Legalink Attorneys is hiring a Legal Associate with experience in corporate and commercial transactions.

Requirements:
• LLB from a recognized university; LLM is an advantage
• Enrollment with any Pakistani bar
• Prior experience in transactional, corporate, and commercial law
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

Role Includes:
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and corporate agreements
• Advising on business and transactional matters
• Supporting local and cross-border transactions
