Lead Generator / Business Development Officer

Bizauras is growing fast, and we’re expanding our team! We help businesses worldwide strengthen their digital security through services like Compliance, Penetration Testing, and SOC Readiness.

We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and fluent Lead Generator / Business Development Officer to join us and play a key role in driving our client acquisition efforts.

Role Overview

As a Lead Generator at Bizauras, you will:

• Reach out to businesses via calls, emails, and cold messages.
• Introduce prospects to our cybersecurity services.
• Build solid conversations with potential clients through LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Identify qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills (clear, confident, and fluent)
• Energetic, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) preferred, but not mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of call center or sales experience (IT or service industry experience is a plus)
• Matric candidates with 2+ years of calling experience and strong English fluency are also encouraged to apply
• Not for students or part-timers — we are seeking committed professionals ready for a long-term career
