The Role: We are seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Specialist to join our on-site team. You will be responsible for selling AK TeliTech’s suite of services (including our ConnectOne dispatch solutions) to B2B clients in the United States.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Build and refine lead lists of US businesses (Limo, NEMT, and Service Providers) that need automation and support.
  • Deal Closing: Handle the full sales cycle—from cold outreach to demo to signed contract.
  • Consultative Selling: Analyze client needs and pitch AK TeliTech’s AI and dispatch services as the perfect problem-solver.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to unlock commission tiers.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, Lead Generation, or Closing (Tech/SaaS or BPO experience is a plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English fluency with the ability to build rapport with American business owners.
  • Shift Discipline: Ability to maintain high energy and focus during the night shift (7 PM – 6 AM).
  • Work Ethic: Hunter mentality—you don’t wait for leads; you go out and find them.
