About Phoenix Coderex

Phoenix Coderex is looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our Sales & Business Development team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting, B2B lead generation, and outreach, with the ability to identify potential clients and connect with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and research potential prospects.
Build targeted and accurate prospect lists based on industry, location, company size, and other criteria.
Identify and connect with key decision-makers, including CEOs, Founders, Directors, and Managers.
Create personalized LinkedIn connection requests and follow-up messages.
Engage with prospects and build professional business relationships.
Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
Track outreach, responses, conversions, and overall lead generation performance.
Continuously improve outreach strategies to increase response and conversion rates.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Lead Generation, LinkedIn Prospecting, Business Development, or a similar role.
Strong experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Good understanding of B2B lead generation and sales processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong research and prospecting abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
