Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can support growth across all business verticals by building and managing a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across multiple markets.

This is a high-impact role where your work will directly contribute to business expansion across different industries.

𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

You will be responsible for generating and managing leads for multiple companies within the group, each with different target markets, including B2B and B2C segments.

You will work closely with the founder and marketing/sales teams to build structured lead generation systems across industries.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Lead Generation (Multi-Industry)
• Identify and build targeted lead lists across multiple sectors
• Research decision-makers and key contacts in target organizations
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, databases, directories and outreach tools
• Outreach & Prospecting
• Support cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Personalize messaging based on industry and audience
• Identify partnership and distribution opportunities
• Pipeline & CRM Management
• Maintain structured CRM records for all business verticals
• Track lead status, follow-ups and conversions
• Organize segmented pipelines for each company

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

• 2–5 years experience in lead generation or B2B sales support
• Strong LinkedIn prospecting skills
• Experience with cold outreach tools (Apollo, Hunter, etc.)
• Ability to research across different industries
• Strong written English communication skills
