Description:
DocketWorks is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing Sales Support team. You’ll focus on building and qualifying targeted lead lists that drive our revenue engines. This is a strategic role with a heavy focus on deep research, data enrichment, web scraping, and pre-qualification of prospects, not simple outbound messaging.
This is a fully remote position (US Eastern time zone required) within a fast-paced B2B RaaS environment serving small law firms nationwide.
What You’ll Do
🔹 Lead List Creation & Research
- Build accurate lead lists of law firms (primarily 1–20 employees; occasional 21–100) using multiple sources.
- Identify and target key decision makers such as Partners, Attorneys, and Hiring Managers.
🔹 Data Acquisition & Enrichment
- Use tools like Apollo, AirTable, Apify, web scraping techniques, and manual research to find firm info, emails, direct contact numbers, and firmographics.
- Enrich and verify data for accuracy, deduplicate records, and ensure CRM readiness.
🔹 Pre-Qualification
- Conduct initial discovery research to assess fit (firm size, practice area, staffing needs).
- Capture relevant details for smooth hand-off to sales.
🔹 Process & Quality
- Manage data in spreadsheets and CRM with meticulous organization.
- Maintain high standards for data quality, integrity, and completeness.
- Adapt and document workflows for scalable growth.
Who You Are
✅ Experience
- 2+ years in lead generation or similar B2B research roles (XaaS experience a plus).
- Skilled with Zoho CRM, PhoneBurner, Apollo, AirTable, Apify, and/or similar platforms.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and organizing large datasets.
- Strong internet research, web scraping, and data enrichment skills.
