Lead Generation Specialist

We’re a digital branding and marketing studio that helps luxury and retail brands grow - from building powerful brand identity to scaling online revenue.

Now, we’re expanding our client base and looking for a results-driven Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Specialist from Pakistan who can bring in high-ticket luxury clients and help us scale globally.

What You’ll Do:

• Research and identify ideal luxury brand prospects (jewelry, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, etc.)

• Build and manage qualified lead databases and outreach systems.

• Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and DMs.

• Get clients on calls and close deals, collaborate directly with the founder to convert prospects into paying clients.

• Create or collaborate on content (mainly for LinkedIn) to attract potential clients, share insights, and build agency authority.

• Write persuasive outreach messages that position our agency as the premium choice for luxury brands.

• Track metrics, optimize outreach, and report results weekly.

• Experiment with new outreach methods and strategies to constantly improve conversions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, or sales (preferably for a digital agency or service business).

• Confident closer, skilled at moving prospects from interest to commitment.

• Understanding of luxury / high-ticket markets and how to communicate value effectively.

• Strong written communication and persuasive messaging skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and performance-oriented.

• Bonus: Experience generating $5k–$20K+ clients for agencies or creative studios.
