Lead Generation Intern

Description:

The Lead Generation Intern (On-Site) will work full time from our Lahore office to support the growth of Thrill Edge Technologies’ client base. This role involves researching target markets, identifying potential clients, and building lists of new leads using online tools and databases. The intern will assist in qualifying leads, updating and maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with the sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns. Daily responsibilities include conducting basic market research, preparing lead reports, and supporting follow-ups through email, calls, or social channels under guidance. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in lead generation and sales support within a fast-paced digital services environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and qualify new leads and support structured lead generation activities.
• Strong market research skills to analyze target industries, segments, and potential client profiles.
• Clear and professional communication skills for engaging with internal teams and prospective clients.
• Interest in sales processes and willingness to support outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activities.
• Comfort with online tools (spreadsheets, CRM, and research platforms); familiarity with digital marketing or IT services is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment.
