OceanTech Global BPO is seeking an experienced Lead Generation Expert – Meta Ads Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling high-performing lead generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, performance marketing, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and data-driven campaign strategies. The candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and achieving business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Campaign Management
- Plan, create, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
- Develop effective campaign structures aligned with business objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve results.
Lead Generation & Optimization
- Generate high-quality leads while maintaining targeted cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Develop strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns.
Audience Research & Targeting
- Build and optimize custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Continuously improve targeting strategies based on performance insights.
Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor key performance metrics including:
- Cost Per Lead (CPL)
- Click Through Rate (CTR)
- Conversion Rate
- Lead Quality
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Manage Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Provide feedback on campaign creatives based on performance data.
- Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead conversion outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Meta Ads / Facebook & Instagram Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Experience with lead funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and customer acquisition.
