Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, primarily through LinkedIn.
Strong command of outbound messaging, ICP targeting, and lead qualification strategies.
Ability to generate high-quality leads and meet specific conversion KPIs.
Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking systems, and outreach automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Hiring Process

After Interviews
A 3-month lead generation plan will be required after the interview if shortlisted.
One professional reference will be required after the interview stage.
You may be asked to complete a 10-day performance-based task. If you successfully achieve the assigned lead generation targets within this period, your position will be finalized with a performance-based offer.
