Lead Generation & Data Scraping Executive

Description:

Cybologics is looking for a skilled Lead Generation & Data Scraping Specialist to join our team and support our B2B sales and marketing initiatives.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify targeted B2B prospects using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, company websites, directories, and other sources

• Build, clean, verify, enrich, and maintain accurate lead databases

• Collect prospect information including name, designation, company, industry, location, email, LinkedIn profile, and other business details

• Verify email addresses using ZeroBounce and other verification tools

• Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate data

• Upload and manage leads in HubSpot and ActiveCampaign

• Manage HubSpot inbound activities and maintain accurate lead records

• Support LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, including webinar promotion campaigns

• Conduct web research to identify new prospects, companies, and decision-makers

• Maintain lead reports using Excel and Google Sheets

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of assigned lead-generation tasks

🔹 Requirements

✅ 2+ years of experience in lead generation, data scraping, web research, or B2B data research

✅ Hands-on experience with:

LinkedIn | Sales Navigator | Apollo.io | SalesQL | ZeroBounce | HubSpot | ActiveCampaign

✅ Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and prospect research

✅ Experience in data extraction, cleaning, validation, verification, and enrichment

✅ Good knowledge of Excel & Google Sheets

✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

✅ Good communication and organizational skills
