Lead Gen Executive

Primewave Group is a fast-growing, US-facing business group. In Our STR division, we're looking for a driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us find our next wave of clients.

What You'll Do

• Identify and prospect US-based Airbnb/short-term rental property owners as potential co-hosting clients
• Hit and maintain a daily outreach quota
• Qualify leads and schedule intro calls/demos for the sales team
• Continuously refine targeting criteria based on what's converting

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience in lead generation, sales development, or outbound prospecting (US market experience a strong plus)
• Excellent written English — outreach messaging needs to land with US clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven, comfortable with daily quotas
• Bonus: familiarity with Airbnb/STR industry or real estate
