Junior Video Editor

Description:

Nexolent LTD is a UK-registered creative agency working with clients across the US, UK and UAE. We're looking for a Junior Video Editor to join our remote team.

The role

Mostly cuts-based work. You get footage and a brief, you turn it around clean and on time. Short-form in CapCut, longer client projects in Premiere Pro.

What you'll be doing

• Cutting Reels, TikToks and Shorts in CapCut • Editing podcasts, talking heads and promos in Premiere Pro • Audio sync, captions, basic colour and sound balancing • Working to client brand guidelines and hitting deadlines • Handling revisions quickly

What we're looking for

• Solid Premiere Pro skills (timeline, multicam, proxies, exports) • Comfortable in CapCut for fast social edits • Strong sense of pacing — you know when a cut should land • Organised with files and project folders • Good written English • 6 months+ experience, or a reel that speaks for itself • Own PC/laptop that runs Premiere smoothly + stable internet

Bonus points

• After Effects basics • Experience with AI tools (HeyGen, ElevenLabs)
