Description:
As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the U.S. healthcare industry. You will focus on high-volume hiring and sourcing candidates through various channels. Key Responsibilities:
-Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to source and attract high-quality candidates for healthcare positions.
-Manage and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns to fill multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring quick turnaround times.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews to evaluate qualifications and fit for healthcare roles.
-Utilize your experience working within the U.S. healthcare system to understand client requirements, industry certifications, and regulatory standards.
-Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to ensure that recruitment processes align with company and client expectations.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
-Proven experience in bulk hiring and candidate sourcing.
-Experience recruiting within the U.S. healthcare system is required.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to manage multiple positions and tasks efficiently.
