Junior Paralegal

Description:

Baker & Coleman is seeking motivated individuals to assist in managing Occupational Noise-Induced Hearing Loss claims.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with our UK office, gaining international exposure and hands-on experience in claims handling and case management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in managing

caseloads of industrial diseases and hearing loss claims.

• Manage cases and meet deadlines as a file handler
• Communicate daily with UK-based clients,

insurers, solicitors, and experts.

• Review GP and hospital reports.
• Draft letters of claim and handle correspondence

for each case.

• Prepare documents for settlement negotiations

and maintain case management systems (e.g., Proclaim, Eclipse).

• Ensure compliance with UK Civil Procedure Rules (

CPR).

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in claims

handling or a related role (preferred but not mandatory)

• LLB graduates (external law graduate is a plus).
• Experience with Proclaim or other case management software is an advantage.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and

written) - mandatory.

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow

instructions accurately.

• Must be based in Lahore or able to commute

daily.
