Description:
You'll support our LPO operations serving US-based clients, contributing to legal research, document drafting, case analysis, contract review, client handling, and day-to-day administrative work. Working hours will be non-standard and aligned with US time zones. Occasional court visits within Islamabad may be required.
What You'll Do
- Conduct legal research on US federal and state laws relevant to ongoing matters
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Handle client communications professionally, including calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Assist senior associates with case preparation and client deliverables
- Attend court proceedings in Islamabad as and when required
- Manage administrative tasks such as file organization, scheduling, billing support, and case tracking
- Maintain accurate case files and documentation
What We're Looking For
- LLB graduate (recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply)
- Basic working knowledge of US laws — no need to be an expert, but comfortable navigating US legal concepts and willing to learn quickly
- Strong written and spoken English with a professional, client-ready demeanour
- Willingness to work non-standard hours to support US clients
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Motivated, proactive attitude and genuine eagerness to grow in international legal practice
- Enrolled with the Bar Council or eligible for enrollment (preferred, not mandatory)
