📌 Position: Junior Business Development
💰 Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000/month
💼 Experience: Fresh Graduates / Up to 1 Year
🏢 Work Type: Full-time | Onsite
🕕 Working Hours: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
📍 Location: Lahore

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize client profiles on job boards and platforms
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and email outreach
• Conduct targeted outreach to recruiters and companies
• Follow up with prospects and build strong client relationships
• Coordinate with development teams for smooth lead handling
• Track and manage leads from generation to conversion

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
