About Company: Candid Marketing, a leading 360° advertising and brand activation agency, offering its services especially in BTL, including Out-Door advertising, Brand Activations, Corporate Event Planning, Creative Design, Media Planning & Buying, Public Relations, Event Management and Exhibitions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Account Assistant to join our finance team.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining daily accounts and ledgers.

• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.

• Manage petty cash and support financial audits.

• Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and receivables.

• Support monthly closings and reporting processes.

• Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and budgeting.

🎯 Requirements:

• Minimum B. Com/BS Hons(Accounting Finance) /MBA degree.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar).

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to handle financial data accurately.
