About the Role:
✓ We are hiring a Junior Accountant who can take ownership of daily accounting operations and work independently with minimal supervision.
✓ The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing books, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable independently.
• Prepare journal entries, bank reconciliations, and cash flow reports.
• Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Assist in payroll processing and tax-related tasks.
• Support in preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Report directly to management with financial insights.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
