IT Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a motivated IT Support Officer with at least one year of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service orientation and a foundational understanding of IT systems and support processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for technical issues via phone, email, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure, able to understand routers, Switches, accesspoints and network devices configuration.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, Mobile devices, Printers.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
• Collaborate with senior IT to resolve complex issues and improve support processes.
• Support the onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations and accounts.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Document procedures and create user guides for common issues.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field. Bachelors in IT Scope.
• Understanding of networking concepts and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with common software applications (Office365, 3CX).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
