It & Design Sales Executive

Luqon IT Solutions is looking for a results-driven Design Sales Executive to join its growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our comprehensive IT and digital marketing solutions to clients primarily over the phone. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering tailored services that help businesses grow their online presence and operational efficiency.

This is a target-driven, high-energy role for someone who loves the thrill of the close and has a strong grasp of what it takes to sell technology and marketing services in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective local and international clients

2. Present and sell IT services, website design, development, and digital marketing packages (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, etc.)

3. Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital solutions

4. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups

5. Handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively

6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM

7. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in IT services or digital marketing sales

2. Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, web development, branding, etc.)

3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – confident and clear on the phone

4. Proven ability to prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close deals independently

5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
