Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair *hybrid/on-grid/off-grid inverters*.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers, contractors, and team members. Assist and support the service manager in achieving service goals.
Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and troubleshooting guides for internal and external use.
Requirements:
Experience in troubleshooting and repairing hybrid/grid-tied inverters (at least 2 years).
Good knowledge of electrical systems and components, and familiarity with diagnostic tools.
Diploma or technical certification in electrical/electronics (preferred) and inverter certifications (a plus).
