Inverter Technician

Description:

Dongjin Battery is seeking a skilled and experienced Inverter Technician for its Lahore location. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in hybrid, on-grid, and off-grid inverter systems and a strong grasp of electrical systems and diagnostic tools. This is a hands-on role, requiring the ability to perform detailed technical assessments, conduct repairs, and provide support to both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hybrid, on-grid, and off-grid inverters.

• Provide expert technical support and assistance to customers, contractors, and internal team members.

• Collaborate closely with the service manager to meet departmental service goals.

• Prepare detailed and well-structured technical reports, documentation, and troubleshooting guides for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing hybrid/grid-tied inverters.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with experience using diagnostic tools.

• Diploma or technical certification in electrical/electronics is preferred. Inverter-related certifications are a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Sound knowledge of safety and environmental standards.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.

• Excellent time management, report writing, and record-keeping abilities.
