Internee Project Coordinator

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated "Internee Project Coordinator" to join our team. You will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects while learning key project management skills and tools. This is a great opportunity for graduates or candidates with some internship experience in project management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain clear and updated project documentation and reports.
  • Monitor project risks and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support resource allocation and task assignments.
  • Participate in project meetings and take meeting notes/action items.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, progress reports, and dashboards.
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and project standards.
  • Learn and apply project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Support quality checks and testing processes where applicable.
  • Communicate updates to team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Help track project budgets and expenses (if applicable).

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of project management concepts and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Jira).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
