Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA (HR), MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. recruitment market and international staffing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using recruitment tools, CRMs, and sourcing platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with U.S.-based clients seeking international recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new client opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for international tech and non-tech roles.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and recommend tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure successful talent delivery.
- Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts in collaboration with leadership.
- Stay up to date with global hiring trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices.
