Internal Audit Officer

Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Officer – Internal Audit to support internal audit activities, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

. Assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments.

. Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps.

. Document audit findings and support audit report preparation.

. Participate in operational, financial, compliance, and IT audits.

. Conduct follow-up reviews on implementation of audit recommendations.

. Prepare reports and presentations for Management and the Audit Committee.

. Support special audit assignments and investigations as required.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

. Part-qualified CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIA, or

. Qualified M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Accounting from a recognized institution.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

.2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within an audit firm or financial institution.
