Xperts Global is a US-registered BPO with offices in Dayton, Ohio and Karachi, delivering sales, telecom and outsourcing services to US clients. We're building a strong finance function to support our growth.

The Role
We need a hands-on Accountant to run the full day-to-day accounting cycle for our Karachi operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Bookkeeping, journal entries and general ledger in our company systems and ERP
• Accounts Payable: vendor invoices, payments, expense and petty cash control
• Accounts Receivable: client invoicing, collections and aging reports
• Bank, vendor and inter-company reconciliations (USD and PKR)
• Month-end and year-end closing
• P&L, balance sheet, cash flow and management reports
• Budget preparation, variance tracking and cash flow forecasting
• Payroll support, withholding tax, sales tax and statutory compliance
• Coordination with auditors, tax consultants and banks
• Maintaining internal controls and documenting accounting procedures

Requirements
• BBA or MBA in Accounts & Finance (mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts & Finance
• Working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Odoo, SAP or similar)
• Advanced MS Excel
• Understanding of Pakistani tax and compliance
• Strong attention to detail and integrity

Preferred
• BPO or international accounting experience
• Multi-currency or inter-company accounting with US companies
