Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough internal audits to assess financial record accuracy, control effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

• Identify process inefficiencies, control weaknesses, and risks across business functions.

• Prepare clear and comprehensive audit reports with practical, actionable recommendations.

• Monitor organizational compliance with internal policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with departments to strengthen internal control systems and risk management frameworks.

• Assist in the development and execution of the annual internal audit plan.

• Ensure continuous improvements in audit methodologies and business process reviews.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• A strong sense of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
