Internal Audit Officer

Description:

TTI Testing Laboratories, a leading organization in quality assurance and compliance services, is currently hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Internal Audit Officer to join its Lahore-based team. This is a dynamic role for individuals who have a strong foundation in auditing principles and a desire to contribute to organizational excellence through structured internal controls and risk assessments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting the Internal Audit Manager in planning and executing the annual audit plan. You will conduct internal audit engagements across various departments and functions, evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls. Your role will also involve identifying audit findings, assessing associated risks, and developing practical, actionable recommendations for process and policy improvements.

You will be expected to prepare concise and accurate audit reports, maintain thorough internal audit working papers, and ensure consistent follow-up on implementation of audit recommendations. The position also requires ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, particularly International Accounting Standards (IAS) and auditing policies within the company.

Preferred Qualification:

• ACCA or ACMA (partly or fully qualified)

• CA (Inter)

• MBA or BBA Hons (preferably in Finance/Accounting)

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IAS and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven

• High integrity and ethical standards

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Ability to work independently and in team environments
