Zenvia Solutions is hiring an experienced Insurance Billing Specialist to support our Oral Surgery and General Dentistry revenue cycle team. This onsite role focuses on insurance billing, claim management, and accurate payment posting.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Submit clean claims and resolve rejections quickly
✔️ Post insurance payments and manage A/R
✔️ Apply CDT/ICD-10 coding and Coordination of Benefits
✔️ Use dental PMS and insurance payer portals
✔️ Maintain HIPAA compliance and detailed records
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams and support clients

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ 2+ years dental insurance billing experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of dental terminology and RCM workflows
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental PMS
✔️ Excellent organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills
