Branch Operations Officer

Description:

5th Pillar Family Takaful Limited is seeking a competent Branch Operations Officer for their Lahore branch. The role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The candidate will be responsible for handling administrative matters, managing collection and deposits of contributions in compliance with Head Office guidelines, and periodically reporting on branch activities. The role also involves servicing both internal and external customers and maintaining proper correspondence and records related to branch operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage general administration, maintenance, and ancillary tasks within the branch.

• Oversee collection and deposits of contributions as per Head Office guidelines.

• Prepare and submit periodic reports to the Head Office on branch affairs.

• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

• Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain accurate records and correspondence.
