Description:

Asia Insurance Company Ltd. is hiring an Administration Executive / Senior Executive to support its operations at the head office in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be a highly proactive, resourceful, and organized individual with 4–5 years of experience in office administration and vendor/fleet management.

This position plays a critical role in managing daily administrative activities, maintaining office efficiency, and supporting cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth business operations. The role also involves effective handling of supplies, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow

  • Handle vendor relations and fleet-related tasks efficiently

  • Coordinate with internal departments for seamless administrative support

  • Supervise scheduling, office supplies management, and proactively address conflicts


Qualification:

Minimum Graduation (Preferred: BBA / MBA)


Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong communication and time management abilities

  • Excellent coordination and multitasking skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving approach

  • Ability to handle conflicts and deliver under pressure
