Description:
Asia Insurance Company Ltd. is hiring an Administration Executive / Senior Executive to support its operations at the head office in Lahore. The ideal candidate should be a highly proactive, resourceful, and organized individual with 4–5 years of experience in office administration and vendor/fleet management.
This position plays a critical role in managing daily administrative activities, maintaining office efficiency, and supporting cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth business operations. The role also involves effective handling of supplies, conflict resolution, and team collaboration.
Manage and oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
Handle vendor relations and fleet-related tasks efficiently
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless administrative support
Supervise scheduling, office supplies management, and proactively address conflicts
Minimum Graduation (Preferred: BBA / MBA)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and time management abilities
Excellent coordination and multitasking skills
Analytical and problem-solving approach
Ability to handle conflicts and deliver under pressure
