The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of progressive experience in ICT strategy, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems, with proven leadership and project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement ICT strategies aligned with organizational objectives

· Manage and maintain all ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and communication systems

· Oversee cybersecurity measures to ensure data integrity and security compliance

· Lead ICT projects from planning to execution, including budgeting and resource allocation

· Evaluate emerging technologies to support organizational growth and innovation

· Manage relationships with vendors and service providers

· Supervise and mentor ICT staff, promoting skills development and high-performance culture

· Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup planning

· Provide technical support and guidance to internal departments
