We're Hiring – Inbound Sales Representative (USA Umrah Travel)

📍 Location: Khokhar Chowk, Johar Town, Lahore
🕗 Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
📅 Schedule: Monday – Saturday (6 Days/Week)
💼 Position: Full-Time (On-Site)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
✅ Understand customer needs and recommend customized Umrah & travel packages
✅ Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets
✅ Manage CRM and maintain accurate customer records
✅ Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
✔ Excellent English communication skills (required)
✔ Willingness to work night shifts
✔ Availability to work Monday–Saturday
✔ Experience in an Umrah Travel Agency, especially with the US market, is preferred (but not mandatory)
