Fulcrum is hiring for its client in the 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 for a highly capable and experienced 𝐇𝐑 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to lead HR operations within a fast-paced digital banking environment.

 

This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong HR expertise along with 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬-𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 and a passion for driving people strategy and organizational excellence.

 

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 5–7 Years

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: MBA (HR) or relevant HR certification

𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲: Banking / Digital Banking

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Market Competitive

 

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

- Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and offboarding

- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with digital banking transformation and business goals

- Manage talent acquisition across technical, operational, and managerial roles

- Drive performance management frameworks and continuous feedback culture

- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives

- Ensure HR policies are aligned with regulatory and organizational standards

- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination with relevant teams

- Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives

- Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace environment

- Contribute to building a strong organizational culture focused on innovation and performance

 

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

- Strong HR experience in banking, fintech, or financial services

- Solid understanding of recruitment, performance management, and HR operations

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Familiarity with HR systems and HR analytics is a plus
