Role Overview:

• Full-time, on-site role in Karachi (Night Shift: 8 PM – 5 AM)
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs
• Design and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management strategies
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance
• Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of HR management or related experience
• Proficient in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding
• Experience developing HR policies, employee training, and performance strategies
• Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Automotive or manufacturing sector experience is a must
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and capable of building strong cross-department relationships
