Human Resources Executive

Description:

𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐇𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Responsible for payroll administration of assigned locations and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

o Responsible for health insurance management, including data management and renewal processes.

o Provide support in projects including developing reports, event planning and execution.

o Prepare monthly analysis of scorecards, identify discrepancies, and present findings.

o Ensures compliance with internal policies and processes, including regular audits and submission of reports to management.

o Responsible for start-to-end performance management, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

o Support in organizational development initiatives and strategic HR planning.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

o Proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.

o Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and laws.

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

o Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

o Strong organizational and time management skills.
