Description:
We are seeking a seasoned 𝐇𝐑 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions across Pakistan, India, and the United States. This role requires a strategic leader who can align HR practices with business goals while building a strong, unified, and high-performance culture across regions.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws
- Drive employee retention through engagement, incentives, and career progression frameworks
- Lead Learning & Development initiatives for professional and soft skills enhancement
- Manage talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, and succession planning
- Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
- Strengthen employee engagement, culture, and relations
- Oversee HRIS, reporting, and HR analytics for data-driven decision-making
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Master’s degree in HR, MBA, or related field (HEC recognized/international)
- 7–10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in BPO, IT/ITeS, or professional services preferred
- Strong knowledge of multi-country employment laws
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
