Description:
Port Qasim Electric Power Company (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for experienced HSE professionals to join our team at Port Qasim, Karachi, supporting a large-scale power project under the China–Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop bilingual (Chinese & English) non-traditional security training materials and conduct regular training.
- Supervise security guard deployment, patrol routines, access control, CCTV, and security facilities.
- Monitor personnel and material entry/exit procedures; identify and rectify security loopholes.
- Organize public security drills based on local risk assessment.
- Familiarize with physical and technical security systems and ensure their effective operation.
- Improve non-traditional security management systems in compliance with local laws and company policies.
- Supervise outsourced security service providers to ensure service quality and compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Public Security, Military Studies, or related disciplines (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Military background will be given preference.
- Ability to communicate and work in a multicultural envoirnment.
- Strong execution, independent working ability, and teamwork awareness.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
